At Complete Parts Co., we specialize in restoration hardware, OEM-style fasteners, and vehicle-specific parts. Because many of our products are application-specific, all sales are considered final. We strongly encourage customers to verify vehicle year, make, model, and application before placing an order.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect parts ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- No longer needed
- Installation attempts
- Opened or used products
Please verify that the part is correct for your vehicle before placing your order. If you have any questions, we’re happy to help before you purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping, or
- You receive an item different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and product
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, products sold by Complete Parts Co. do not carry an additional warranty beyond any warranty provided by the original manufacturer.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
